LYBUNT: Last Year But Unfortunately Not This year. SYBUNT: Some Year But Unfortunately Not This year. They are the people most likely to give again, and the core of any year-end appeal.
Building them by hand
You need every gift from every platform in one place, each donor matched across platforms, and formulas that compare years per donor. Then the list goes stale the moment someone gives.
With Donor Sync
- The Appeal lists tab holds both lists, with last gift date, amount and campaign, and mailing details
- Someone who gives again leaves the list on the next sync; your notes on rows you are working on are kept
- Choose the SYBUNT window (2 to 5 years) and calendar or fiscal years
- The Dashboard shows how much your LYBUNT donors gave last year
