How buying works
- Make your copy with Get your copy and use it free for 14 days.
- Buy a plan. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and sends your receipt.
- Your license key arrives by email. In the sidebar, open License, paste the key and click Activate.
Questions
What does "per organization" mean?
One license is for one organization and works in up to 3 of its spreadsheets, for example a main donor sheet, a test copy and a copy for the finance team. Everyone you share a licensed spreadsheet with can use it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Syncing, CSV imports and report rebuilds pause until you enter a key. Everything already in your spreadsheet stays exactly as it is.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing page linked in your receipt. Your license works until the end of the period you paid for. Your spreadsheet and its data stay yours.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. If Donor Sync does not work for you, email support@tidyfieldapps.com within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. See the refund policy.
Do the platforms charge for their APIs?
Zeffy's and Givebutter's APIs are free. Donorbox charges $17 a month for API access on its Standard plan (included in Pro and Premium). Without it, you can still bring Donorbox gifts in with a CSV export.
