Refund policy

If Tidyfield Donor Sync does not work for you, email support@tidyfieldapps.com within 14 days of a payment, with the email address you bought with. We refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 days.
- After a refund, the license key stops working at the end of the refunded period.
- To stop future payments, cancel on the billing page. Cancelling does not refund earlier payments outside the 14 days.
